How much money can you save me on a new car?
The member discount is typically around 4 to 6 percent off the regular new car list price (MSRP). The member discount is stackable with any applicable manufacturer incentives and rebates.
Can you help with leasing?
Yes. The member discount we provide reduces the total price of the new car, thereby reducing your monthly payments on a lease.

Yes we help with both new and used cars but in different ways. Please read the following page for more details

Does your service work across Canada?
The consultation sessions and purchasing support are available across Canada. Car Help Canada currently has partner new car dealerships for member referrals in the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, and Vancouver.
How often can a member call for advice and assistance?
The basic $65 membership includes one phone consultation session. The $80 and $95 memberships include additional sessions.
How long does the membership last?
The membership services are valid for one year.
I wasn't able to complete my payment online
If you were able to create an account, but then unable to complete the payment, you don't need to create a new account. You can log in and retry by going to My Account and then choosing to Change your subscription.
Does my membership auto-renew automatically?
No, your membership will never renew automatically.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes, we only collect enough information to contact and assist you, and to grant access to the online services. Any data is stored in Canadian data centres. We do not store credit card information - only Moneris sees it in order to process a one-time payment.
What is dealer invoice price?
It is the price the dealer pays for a new car from the manufacturer.
Why do dealerships give Car Help Canada members additional discounts?
Dealerships are compelled to offer our members additional discounts because they can receive additional customers through us.
