Terms and Conditions
- The services provided in the Car Help membership include: 1) One (1) 30 minute consultation session and up to three (3) follow up emails with your consultant. 2) Three (3) price quotes for a new vehicle prior to a dealership referral. 3) Trade-in vehicle evaluation. 4) One (1) referral to a Car Help Canada recommended dealership in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Car Help Canada membership is a consumer service. OMVIC registered dealers are not permitted to become members under any circumstances. Any dealer who attempts to become a member will have their membership terminated immediately.
- Due to the industry-wide car shortage, understand that discounting from MSRP is not possible on certain brands and models. For models where a discount from MSRP is not possible, the invoice price quote will include a fair retail price with no unnecessary dealer fees, add-ons, or mark-ups.
- Invoice price quotes with dealer invoice cost are not available for Porsche, Genesis, Jaguar, Land Rover, Polestar, Tesla, Mini, and Volvo. Car Help Canada does not provide dealer referrals for these particular brands.
- While every effort is made to ensure our members receive a fair price on their new vehicle purchase, we make no guarantee that you will receive the absolute lowest price possible.
- Car Help Canada does not provide price quotes or dealer referrals for used vehicles.
- Car Help Canada has recommended dealerships for most brands in the Greater Toronto Area only. We do not provide dealer referrals for other locations.
- When recommended dealerships cannot be provided or the dealer is located far away, the provided invoice price quote can be used as a negotiation tool with your local dealership. Car Help Canada will review and assess any dealer offers as part of our deal evaluation service.
- A refund will only be accepted by new registrants who have not used any of the services or benefits within the first 30 days. A chargeback fee of $15 may be will be withheld for any refunds.
- Refunds will not be provided if a scheduled consultation session is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.
- Refunds will not be provided after using any of our services. Consultants are entitled to fair compensation for their time and providing service.
- If you feel you have already negotiated a good price and have a deal in place with a dealer, please contact us before registration so that we can confirm whether our service can benefit you. We do not provide refunds after performing services or completing a consultation session.
- While Car Help Canada makes a strong effort to assess and scrutinize any dealership that we recommend, dealers are still independent entities and we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of their services.
- Members are only entitled to three invoice price quotes before being referred to a Car Help Canada recommended dealer. Car Help Canada will not provide any new requested price quotes once a deal has been prepared and the recommended dealer information has been provided. In order to receive additional quotes and an additional dealer referral, the Car Help Canada membership must be renewed at the rate of $85 plus HST.
- Trade-in evaluations are for informational purposes only. Car Help Canada cannot force or compel any dealership to match the trade-in evaluation we provide.
- Car Help Canada reserves the right to share membership information with OMVIC if requested to do so. Membership information may include names or a postal code. OMVIC may request this information pursuant to its authority under Part II section 2(1) 16 of General, O Reg 333/08 of the MVDA. This information will be kept confidential, and any information provided to OMVIC is protected pursuant to section 36 of the MVDA.
